If you are not entirely delighted with the product that you have ordered you must inform us within 3 days of receipt and return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. Unless the item is faulty or damaged we will give you a full refund less delivery and collection costs.
When ordering from Samisonline please take the time to measure your space to make sure your item will fit perfectly in your home to avoid unnecessary returns The measurements of each item are clearly displayed on the product page.
We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items: Bespoke furniture or made to measure items where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.
All our products are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit however, due to the delicate nature of some of the products, something rarely may get damaged. Should there be a need to replace the product please contact Samisonline, as soon as you notice the damage, and we will gladly provide a replacement. The company will not be liable for any damaged caused by incorrect assembly. All claims for damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt.
Every item is checked prior to dispatch, and will then be delivered to your door. Customers using our specialist delivery service are allocated 20 minutes unpacking time to check the goods have not been damaged in transit. You will then ask you to sign to agree you have received them in perfect condition. We will not accept liability for damaged goods after the driver has left.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit when you use your own courier so make sure you get proof of postage and insurance.
